We also offer adult 1:1 lessons at Tong Leadership Academy on Friday evenings.
Suitable for both beginners and those looking to improve their technique, adults get their own dedicated lane and instructor to improve their swimming.
Prices are £30 per lesson and lessons are 30 mins long.
